Die beliebtesten darunter sind Paragliding, Rafting, Fallschirmspringen und Bungee-Jumping. Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden in Hotels oft Aktivit\u00e4ten wie Bananenbootfahren, Parasailing, Ringo und Quad-Touren angeboten. Bei der Durchf\u00fchrung dieser Sportarten oder Aktivit\u00e4ten werden mitunter notwendige Sicherheitsma\u00dfnahmen vernachl\u00e4ssigt, was zu Unf\u00e4llen f\u00fchren kann. Als nat\u00fcrliche Konsequenz k\u00f6nnen in solchen F\u00e4llen sowohl materielle als auch immaterielle Schadensersatzanspr\u00fcche von den Verantwortlichen geltend gemacht
