Zun\u00e4chst m\u00fcssen sie ihren Reisepass ins T\u00fcrkische \u00fcbersetzen lassen und dann wird die Vollmachtserkl\u00e4rung vor einem beeidigten \u00dcbersetzer erstellt.<\/p>\n<p>Vergessen Sie nicht, sich vor Beginn dieser Schritte mit unserer Kanzlei in Verbindung zu setzen. Nachdem unsere Kanzlei ein zweisprachiges Muster der Vollmachtserkl\u00e4rung zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt hat, muss dieses Dokument zun\u00e4chst vor einem Notar unterschrieben werden. Der Notar best\u00e4tigt sowohl das Dokument als auch die Unterschrift. Nachdem die Vollmachtserkl\u00e4rung vom Notar erstellt wurde, muss ein Apostillenvermerk angebracht werden. Dieser Apostillenvermerk wird von der jeweiligen staatlichen Beh\u00f6rde des Landes ausgestellt, in dem die Vollmachtserkl\u00e4rung unterzeichnet wurde.
